1. Product Categories
We offer two types of products on our website:
(a) Ready to ship Products – items that are readily available.
(b) Personalized Products – items made specifically as per customer requirements.


2. Order Processing

 

2.1 Ready to ship Products

• Ready products require a standard processing time of 5 to 7 working days from the date of order confirmation.
• Dispatch timelines may vary during peak seasons or due to stock availability. Customers will be notified if any major delay is expected.
• If an order includes both personalized and ready-to-ship products, the entire order will be delivered on or close to the later date selected at checkout. Ready-to-ship items cannot be dispatched earlier in a combined order. If you need a ready-to-ship item sooner, please place it as a separate order.


2.2 Personalized Order Process – Step-by-Step


•  For other languages: Use Google translate and copy the translated text and paste it in the text box.

• Doodle placement: All selected doodles will be arranged based on the space available on the board. In some cases, one or two doodles       may be omitted to maintain a clean and visually appealing design. Any such changes will be communicated by our team.

• Select an Available Date: Choosing an available date from the booking calendar at checkout is mandatory.
Limited Slots: Each date has limited production slots, confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Delivery Aim: We strive to deliver the personalized product on or before the selected date, or as close as reasonably possible.
Order Acknowledgement: Once the order is placed from your end, it will be marked as “order confirmed” and moved for internal review.
Requirement Review: Our team verifies whether the requested details are feasible to process your order.
If Modifications Are Needed: Our team will contact you via your registered mobile number to discuss required changes before proceeding further.
• Sharing Specific Requirements:
◦ If you are particular about any font, doodle, color, or element inspired by our previous works, you may upload a screenshot during checkout.
◦ You may also upload a rough sketch or idea for additional reference.
Your selections made during the Name Board Designing Process will be the primary instructions; uploaded images will serve as additional reference.
Order Status Updates:
◦ All updates—review, approval, processing, and progress—will be visible on your personal login dashboard.
◦ The same updates will also be sent to your WhatsApp number.
Processing Queue: Once approved, your order enters the production queue.
◦ Each personalized piece is handcrafted with dedicated attention.
◦ Orders are executed sequentially.
No Preview Policy: As all items are handmade and hand painted, we do not provide previews before production.
◦ After completion, final photographs of your product will be uploaded to your login and shared via WhatsApp before dispatch.
System & Support: As we are in an initial operational phase through website, minor system glitches may occasionally occur.
◦ If you face any difficulty, please reach out anytime for clarification.
◦ Your order will always be handled with care and priority.
Multiple orders: For orders containing more than one name board or personalized item, the delivery date selected at checkout may not be eligible. Our team will personally contact you to review your multiple-item requirements and schedule a suitable and feasible delivery date.
• If an order includes both personalized and ready-to-ship products, the entire order will be delivered on or close to the later date selected at checkout. Ready-to-ship items cannot be dispatched earlier in a combined order. If you need a ready-to-ship item sooner, please place it as a separate order.

 

3. Delivery Commitment, Delays & Communication
We strive to meet all promised timelines, but certain situations may cause delays. Our communication process is outlined below:
3.1 Production & Processing Delays
Delays in personalized or ready-product orders may occur due to:
• Unforeseen production challenges
• Material shortages
• Technical or operational issues
• High seasonal demand
• Artists unavailability
If a delay is anticipated, we will inform you at least one week in advance or as early as possible, along with the revised timeline.
3.2 Our Delivery Commitment
• For personalized orders, we aim to deliver on or before the selected calendar date, or as close to it as reasonably possible.
• For ready products, we follow the standard 5–7 working day processing time.
• Customers will be informed promptly of any changes to estimated delivery schedules
• Any Weather conditions or third-party delays are beyond our control.

 

4. Order Confirmation & Slot Allocation
• Personalized orders are confirmed only after the date is booked and payment is completed.
• Slot availability is limited and may close without prior notice based on order volume.
• We may adjust available dates or slots according to production capacity and seasonal demand.

 

5. Product Variation Disclaimer
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, each item is unique and may exhibit variations in color, finish, and design. These are not flaws but rather a testament to the individuality and authenticity of our artisanal crafting process. We celebrate the distinctive characteristics that make each product one-of-a-kind, and as such, the item you receive may differ slightly from the images or descriptions provided. Please appreciate that these variations are inherent to the bespoke nature of our products and cannot be considered defects. As a reminder, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges due to the handcrafted variations of your custom product.

 

6. Damages  and Issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. 

If your product is damaged during transit, we are here to assist you. Please reach out to us immediately with a photograph and unwrapping video of the damaged item, and we will promptly address the issue. 

Depending on the extent of the damage, we will either replace the damaged part of the product or provide a replacement for the entire product. 

Please be aware that at any point after purchase, if your product incurs damages from including but not limited to – wear and tear, color fading, scratches, dents, chips, or exposure to elements such as sunlight or moisture, we cannot offer repair, replacement, or compensation. 

We strive to ensure that your order reaches you in a good condition. If you encounter any issues with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us, and we will work with you to find a suitable resolution. Order once placed cannot be cancelled.

7. Guarantees and Warranties
Our custom-made products are crafted with care to match the specific requests of each order. As such, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges, and we cannot guarantee satisfaction due to the bespoke nature of our products. We urge customers to consider their purchases carefully, as once an order is placed, we commit resources to its creation and, therefore, cannot accommodate any cancellations or alterations after the orders is being processed. Please be certain of your decision to purchase, as we must strictly adhere to this policy without exceptions.

8.Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that they have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the delivery timelines, possible delays, and the slot-based system used for personalized products. 

We take pride in reminding you that you are choosing a product that is entirely handcrafted with care and artistic skill. Each name board is individually created by our dedicated artists—never machine-made or printed—and represents true craftsmanship. By choosing our work, you are also supporting and uplifting the artists in our community, something to feel genuinely proud of. 

We kindly request that customers appreciate the time, effort, and human touch that go into every piece.

9. Product Care & Guidelines
• Our products are made of natural wood, they are best suited for indoor spaces or shaded areas only.
• Avoid placing them in direct sunlight, rain, or moisture prone areas, for a better life of the product.
• Each product is finished with UV-based protective coats for enhanced durability, but natural wooden properties still require careful handling.
• We use eco-friendly pigments that are safe, high-quality, and sustainable.
• Knots, natural grains, and slight texture variations are part of the wood’s natural character and are unavoidable, making each piece unique.
• Our name boards and wall décor items come with a self groove bracket (self-hook system) that lets them be placed directly on any sticker nail or regular nail without extra hooks, ensuring the product sits flush and parallel to the wall for a clean, visually appealing finish.
• Separate hooks are provided only for products that specifically require an additional hanging provision.
• To clean the product, wipe it gently with a slightly damp cloth to remove dust, followed by a dry cloth to eliminate any remaining moisture.

Our philosophy is to satisfy your urge to buy wooden articles, teased with our imagination and with available customization! Gifting or cherishing wood is heartfelt gesture that lives through your legacy. What began as a small, passion-filled initiative gradually grew into a space where art, craftsmanship, and community come together in harmony. 

What began in 2019 as a small passion project has grown beautifully, supported by the love and encouragement we’ve received along the way.
