        At Livelywoods Artistry, we go out of our way to give you the kind of distinctive merchandise for which our brand “Livelywoods Artistry” is recognized. Please understand that many of our featured items are offered in limited quantities and, because of their limited availability, stock will not and cannot be refreshed. That means once an item is gone, it may be gone for good and not appear on the website again. When an item featured on www.livelywoodsartistry.com is no longer in stock, we make every attempt to remove that item from the website in a timely manner.  We do take pre orders for a specific range of products.                 

 

           Most www.livelywoodsartistry.com products displayed on the website are available while supplies last. 

www.livelywoodsartistry.com products are manufactured locally. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, due to monitor discrepancies, we cannot guarantee that your display of color will be accurate.

 If the product is damaged or affected in any way on account of improper, reckless use, or disregard of care instructions provided, we assume no liability for the damage or any shortcomings in the make or quality of the product.

Returns & Exchange Policy:

 We do not accept returns as we make the products to order. The only exclusions under this money-back guarantee are the original shipping costs. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, email us a photo and a video of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving your order with details of the order. All complaints will be processed within 5 working days and a replacement shall be shipped to you at the earliest. We don’t have a provision to pick up the delivered products back. Refund policies:

Not every product listed on www.livelywoodsartistry.com is eligible for a refund. We do not accept returns as we make the products to order. If the shipment is received in a damaged condition, email us a photo and a clear video of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving your order with details of the order. All complaints will be processed within 5 working days and a replacement shall be shipped to you at the earliest.

Shipment Delivery:

We deliver the product within a standard time of 2 to 15 working days. In any unexpected cases, we will keep you informed on the contact that you provide while placing the order. We only make use of reliable courier companies. Livelywoods Artistry is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company on account of any factors beyond the control of Livelywoods Artistry. We shall endeavor to ensure the timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.

 In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons outside the control of Livelywoods Artistry, including but not limited to poor courier services in the delivery area, inaccessibility of the delivery area, force major events as laid out hereinafter, We shall inform you of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by a full refund.
